The study will provide support to the European Commission for the Impact Assessment on the possible revision of the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. This study will analyse the main weaknesses that were identified in the Evaluation of the Toy Safety Directive as well as from the experience deriving from the implementation/application of the Directive.
The SME survey will aim at gathering specific feedback and inputs for the assessment of impacts on SMEs in the different sectors that would be affected by a revision of the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC, for instance in terms of costs and impacts on competitiveness.
